A position for a full time qualified BER assessor exists to join our team and work predominantly in the metropolitan of Cork and to a lesser extent Munster. The assessments will be predominantly for new domestic builds.

The ideal candidate will be able to read construction drawings and input relevant data to DEAP in order to obtain provisional and final BERs.  The successful candidate will work closely with in-house Engineers.

The role will primarily be office based but will involve traveling to various properties in and around Cork conducting BER Assessments and providing the necessary completed documentation to our clients.

The successful candidate must thrive working in a fast paced environment and be able to work to tight deadlines.  Applicants must have full license and own transport.

All applicants must be registered BER assessors and Technical Assessors (as per SEAI definitions)
