The proposed development is Phase 1 of overall plans for the development of the entire landholding at this location. The proposed structure is contempory in design. The proposed development consists of the following:
Proposed Retail Unit
The ground floor development will comprise of a large retail showroom with a net retail area of 1818m2. The main entrance to the unit will be from the North side of the site, adjacent to the existing filling station. Vehicular access will be from the South City Link Road and surface car parking is provided adjacent to the showroom.
Proposed Office Units
The proposed development provides for four floors of offices, including ancillary storage, services and reception area with a gross floor area of 5414m2. The provision of a central atrium ensures the provision of adequate natural light to each office unit as well as providing an interesting design feature.
Proposed Residential Units
The proposed development consists of 15 no. residential units including penthouse apartments. The residential apartments are accessed directly from Rockboro Road.
A single level basement carpark will be provided to accommodate 102 car parking spaces.
