Description:
The dwelling has a floor area of approximately 900m2. It consists of three storey over basement construction. The basement was constructed with the use of contiguous piles due to the close proximity of existing houses on the adjacent sites. The basement waterproof construction was completed using the latest and best methods and materials. The superstructure consists of a combination of structural steel, in-situ concrete, precast concrete, masonry and timber construction.
DOSA are responsible fro the Project Management and Civil/Structural Engineering for the proposed development. This involved leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and close liaison with the client to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
