Planning Applications
Denis O'Sullivan & Associates (DOSA), Consulting Engineers offer a comprehensive Planning Service to its clients. Over the past 20 years, our Engineers have gained considerable experience in preparing and submitting Planning Applications.
DOSA also offers a full “In-house” service for smaller projects such as one off dwellings, small residential developments etc.
On larger projects we have successfully directed multi-disciplinary design teams through the planning process. In doing so we work with:
